We provide a transparent, customized design proposal. Once approved, we lock in your staging dates to align perfectly with your MLS photography schedule.

Installation Day
Our professional team arrives with our curated inventory. We ask that the home be completely vacant of tradespeople and cleaners during this time so we can meticulously style the space.

De-Staging
Once your property is sold firm, simply notify us. We coordinate a swift, careful removal of all staging inventory, leaving the home ready for the new buyers.
The Pre-Staging Checklist
To ensure our stylists can work efficiently and safely, please ensure the following tasks are completed prior to our arrival on installation day:
Deep Cleaning
The home must be professionally cleaned prior to staging. This provides our team with a blank, pristine canvas.
Declutter & Depersonalize
Pack away family photographs, daily toiletries, excessive countertop appliances, and personal collections. Buyers need to picture themselves in the home.
Repairs & Maintenance
Ensure all light bulbs are working and match in colour temperature (we recommend warm white). Touch up scuffed paint and complete any contractor work before we arrive.
Clear Pathways:
Driveways, walkways, and interior hallways must be clear to allow our moving team safe and unobstructed access for large furniture.
